Q: Can I get the physical tickets from your store ?
A: 1-Day pass can be collected from our store. For 2-Days pass, we will issue an exchange voucher where you can pick them up from the airport from our partner’s counters. For more information, you can refer to this page.
NO CANCELLATION / AMENDMENTS ALLOWED AFTER CONFIRMATION, 100% FOR ANY CANCELLATION.
REFUNDS IF ANY, AND/OR AMENDMENTS, ARE STRICTLY SUBJECTED TO THE APPROVAL AND/OR CHARGES OF THE AIRLINE / HOTEL/ TOUR OPERATOR
H.I.S. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHARGE AN ADMIN FEE OF NO LESS THAN SGD$50/PERSON, ON TOP OF ANY CHARGES FOR ANY CANCELLATION/AMENDMENT.
